So White Beach Resort Rooms

My partner and I booked this resort for our anniversary and couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. The staff were so kind and welcoming, the facilities were wonderful with two pool areas , one adult only, and direct access to the beach. We greatly enjoyed our stay!

Best hotel I’ve ever been!! If u see negative comments it’s from people that will always find bad things. We really liked the room, we had a private pool next to the parking of the hotel, very comfortable! The hotel have 3 huge pools and a an amazing beach, we did jet ski it was amazing. And most important the people there is special. I was sad to leave and say good bye to them. Also if u like cats there are a lot of cute ones in the area of the pool

All was perfect, we have enjoyed. Hotel is super, room’s also was the good. We are satisfied with all.

The concept of the hotel is spectacular. Fits both perfectly for a family with kids and couples. The food was amazing. Very quiet. My best regards to the Italian pasta Man. In general, the staff couldn’t be better. A special thanks to Marianna who carried us on her arms throughout our holiday and that of our friends.

The idea to have a great stay

We have booked at the So White club resort via booking.com. We have booked the room for two people, one night with all inclusive. After the booking, I messaged the accommodation right away to upgrade the room to one with a Jacuzzi in. 120€ for the upgrade I was willing to pay to relax in the jacuzzi which neither of us had been in before. We got to the hotel on the 30.8 around 9 am, we requested to check in early as we already got there. Got told that early check in would be 120€ extra but would make it 60€ for us. Then the room wasn't ready. Besides that they didn't check the reservation properly and had to get the jacuzzi fixed first before we even could get to the room. We decided to not check in early and come back later as we had booked a boat trip with the Black Pearl Ayia Napa. Which was amazing. After coming back to the hotel to check in, we finally got to the room. The room itself was nice besides the fact that the bathroom was freshly renovated without being cleaned up properly and the paint smell. Reception told us if there was anything we needed just to give them a call…we tried but there was NO telephone. Then the AC started to leak and drip, the ground was slippery. The AC in the bedroom didn't get higher than 21°C. We went to reception to let them know about the ac and that the jacuzzi didn't work, also we asked them for some milk,as we are all inclusive it's supposed to be no problem to get some milk. We were told no milk, go across the street to the mini market to get milk if we wanted some. Reception told us there will be someone with you in the next 10 mins. After 25 mins we went to ask again for maintenance, who came after another 10 mins. He checked the ac and jacuzzi and was it's all working just close the doors for the room to get the temperature you want. we had both ac from the bed room and lounge on the same temperature and yet the bedroom was still not getting to temperature we wanted it to be.

The air-conditioning was ok and the girl from behind the bar

No air conditioning in the lobby. No wifi in the room for days. the tiles in the pool were broken

The room was spacious and the layout of the hotel was great.

The pool view is nice.

The hotel reception was so bad the minute I inter the lobby I cancel my booking but they refused to cancel I emailed booking.com no answer. I ask my bank to get my money back I book another hotel I did not satay in so white. I have pictures of hotel if you want I can’t send the pictures they show all fake.

The A/C was great, the room was cool and refreshing to look forward to, the flat was very spacious and I loved the lighting, the porter kindly walked us to our room.

Pools and sea

Definitely discriminated against Americans and Cypriots, we request to extend our stay by 5 days were told we could just come back the next morning, next morning continued to give us the runaround saying they needed to now get approval, for hours !! We could have just booked online as there were definitely rooms available, finally after 130 they said we have no rooms.

Room was a good size and was clean even after bad reports.

Everything was perfect front beach nice breakfast friendly staff

Worst experience we ever had. Photos do not match the real state of the hotel. Think twice before booking!!

The layout of the swimming pools is great and with so many pools, the place never felt crowded. A lovely beach nearby. Pretty grounds.

That the beach was closed.
